Lead Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am
Responsibilities
- Ensure mechanics are aware of plant breakdown priorities.
- Assign preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and projects to mechanics and schedule downtime when necessary.
- Identify training needs and communicate them to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Report attendance updates or issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Support mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot, test, and assist with the commissioning of equipment systems and electronics.
- Oversee all maintenance projects, PM audits, and breakdowns during the shift.
- Manage central stores, including fixing, signing out parts, and making reorder requests.
- Lead Maintenance meetings before and after the shift; Prepare and provide a daily downtime cause code report.
- Coordinate work with internal and external employees and contractors.
- Ensure all work is done safely and according to Company Work Instructions and SOPs.
Qualifications
- Four or more years of experience and/or a degree related to leadership.
- Strong supervisory skills to lead maintenance teams effectively.
- Knowledge in industrial maintenance and facilities management.
- Ability to interpret mechanical plans and wiring diagrams.

Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock produce items and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Assist with inventory management and perform regular stock checks.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficient in utilizing different computer systems.
- Must be able to work in extremely cold conditions.
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Basic math skills to perform inventory calculations.

Essential Duties:
- Visually inspect edges of wipers for seal quality according to product specific work instructions and departmental SOPs.
- Operate bag-sealing equipment. Inspect sealed bags and box product for shipment to internal and/or external customers.
- Weigh, document, and discard scrap generated from equipment.
- Notify machine operators to make adjustments to machines to correct variables producing defects or off quality product.
- Follow all quality guidelines in the performing of job function.
- Inspect and identify defects on product.
- Package end product for shipment to internal or external customers.
- Maintain organized paperwork and records.
Qualifications:
- Must be able train on 1st shift or 2nd shift.
- Must complete and pass defect training.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must have basic computer skills.

Monday to Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm
Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am

- Picking out ordered items from storage areas or racks.
- Operating handling equipment according to industrial safety regulations.

Qualifications:
