Mixer Operator

Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for operating mixer and properly combines ingredients to make a variety of dough in a timely manner by performing the following duties personally or though subordinates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follows the GMP rules of facility and other policies, procedures and SOPs.
  • Follows mix sheets and completely fill out all the necessary information.
  • Ensures there are no foreign materials introduced into the dough.
  • Understand and uses equipment properly.
  • Makes adjustments of dough to optimize the machine’s ability.
  • Cleans mixed and associated utensils to eliminate cross contamination.
  • Controls allergens and ensure there is no cross contamination.
  • Reports food safety and quality problems to personnel with the authority to initiate action.
  • Completes computerized and paper documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to utilize a computer for data entry purposes. 

 

SHIFT SCHEDULE: 6:00PM-6:00AM on a rotating schedule. Training will be 6:00AM- 6:00PM

Warehouse Associate

$16.00

Job Description: 

  • Operate/drive a forklift (training is offered) 
  • Picking out ordered items from storage areas or racks 
  • Operating handling equipment according to industrial safety regulations 
  • Updating stock inventory after each item is retrieved 
  • Managing stock control, including item replenishment and storage 
  • Performing general warehouse duties as necessary 

Schedule: 

  • 1st shift: 5am-2pm Monday-Friday with Mandatory OT 

 

Bonuses: $500 after 90 days, $1,000 after 180 days.

Inspector/Material Handler

Immediate need for an Inspector/Material Handler located in Kernersville NC.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Monitor all process parameters. Make necessary machine adjustments associated with a process necessary to produce a quality product.
  • Make adjustments to machines to correct variables producing defects or off quality product.
  • Blend alcohol and water to proper percentages and document batch or lot numbers.
  • Follow all quality guidelines in the performance of job function.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean contamination control state.
  • Inspect products being manufactured and identify defects.
  • Wipes inspection, packing, sealing, labeling
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the work area
  • Must feel comfortable wearing hair net, safety glasses, gloves, mask

 

Schedule: 3:00pm-11:00pm AND 11:00pm-7:00am

Required

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience light industrial environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate and understand written and verbal English
  • Able to bend, lift, and stand for entire shift

CNC Machine Operator

$15.00-$18.00 *Based on experience*

Warehouse Type: Manufactures case-good panels

Location: High Point, NC

Shift available: Monday through Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm, Fridays if necessary.

Position Overview: We are currently looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators who can excel in a high performing environment. Saw operators are exposed to moving gears, belts and drives. Responsibilities will include the proper cutting hardwood plywood to the proper dimensions of the spec, that is printed on the manufacturing unit ticket.

Experience and Skill:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the field is a must
  • Positive work ethic and high attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50llbs
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong math skills for inputting specific dimensions and figures into the CNC machinery
  • Ability to analyze the information provided on blueprints or other explanatory documents to make sure the final product matches the draft
  • Strong computer skills as CNC Operators use computer software to control machinery
  • Understanding of how the machine works to maintain the machinery for which they are responsible and ensure it functions properly.
  • Problem-solving skills in order to detect issues in the creation process and find solutions to ensure the machinery creates the product provided in the draft

  • Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Load and unload equipment and materials
  • Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
  • Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
  • Quality checks as specified on process log sheet.

It is a fast-paced environment; some of the responsibilities include manual lifting, inspection, packaging, taping, labeling operations and follow all safety and security policies and procedures.

  • 1st Shift from 7am to 3:30 pm. Pay rate $13.50 per hr.
  • 2nd from 4pm to 12:30 am. Pay rate $14.00 per hr.
