CNC Machine Operator


Warehouse Type: Manufactures case-good panels

Location: High Point, NC

Shift available: Monday through Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm, Fridays if necessary.

Position Overview: We are currently looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators who can excel in a high performing environment. Saw operators are exposed to moving gears, belts and drives. Responsibilities will include the proper cutting hardwood plywood to the proper dimensions of the spec, that is printed on the manufacturing unit ticket.

Experience and Skill:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the field is a must
  • Positive work ethic and high attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50llbs
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong math skills for inputting specific dimensions and figures into the CNC machinery
  • Ability to analyze the information provided on blueprints or other explanatory documents to make sure the final product matches the draft
  • Strong computer skills as CNC Operators use computer software to control machinery
  • Understanding of how the machine works to maintain the machinery for which they are responsible and ensure it functions properly.
  • Problem-solving skills in order to detect issues in the creation process and find solutions to ensure the machinery creates the product provided in the draft

Forklift Driver


Carolina Placement Inc is seeking motivated and experienced Forklift Drivers in the Rural Hall area.


Responsible for inventory accuracy

Must verify counts as materials leave or enter the warehouse/production area.

Accurate scanning and movement of materials to and from warehouse locations.

Assist in other warehouse departments when available


  • Must have at least three to five-year experience in warehousing and forklift operations. 
  • Must possess the necessary skills to perform reading, writing, and mathematics for all warehouse procedures.
  • Must work overtime as needed to meet production requirements.
  • Must maintain an exceptional level of attendance and punctuality.


Monday through Thursday 8:00pm-5:30am

If overtime is needed, employees are required to work Friday.

Poultry Cutter

Temporary assignment starting October 17

Essential duties and responsibilities: 

  • Use knives, clever, meat saw and other equipment to cut meat. 
  • Prepare meat for packaging.
  • Remove parts such as skin and bones. 
  • Inspect meat for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat. 


  • High school or equivalent
  • Lift, push or pull at least 40 pounds
  • Steel toe shoes, glasses and hearing protection.
  • Be able to follow instructions and provide results.

Payrate: 13.00/hr. first two weeks of training then increases to 14.00/hr.

Inspector/Material Handler

Essential duties and responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for inventory accuracy

This position is primarily responsible for stacking specified amounts individual cookies and place into the in feed of wrapper. Will pack individual wrapped packs of product into secondary packaging. Packing finished product into shipping cases by performing duties personally or though subordinates.

  • Ensures all product meets SBC and customer-related food safety and quality standards and notifies supervisor of any concerns.
  • Conducts quality checks.
  • Packages and moves finished product.
  • Completes any applicable computerized and paper documentation.
  • If labels are added to packaging, ensure that all instructions are followed.
  • Inspects the quality of the primary and secondary packaging ensuring that all seals are secure, and all packaging is in good condition. If product is re-packaged, follow all food safety standards.

Machine Operator Apprentice


You will start as an apprentice lever operator with the following duties. You will start out learning from a seasoned machine operator, who will train you to operate and maintain the machines on your own

  • Check parts as the come off, of the machines with measuring devices per specification.
  • Chart the important characteristics to ensure the quality of the production parts.
  • Load their machines with stock when they are depleted.
  • How to read a blueprint.
  • How to operate the automated and hand-held measuring devices they have on site.
  • How to properly load their precision industrial machines.
  • How to do daily and weekly maintenance on each machine you will be working on.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand throughout an entire shift (8-10 hours).
  • Must be able to bend and stretch forward and reach into machines as needed to perform duties.
  • Be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Periodically throughout an entire shift.
  • Have good visual acuity to read micrometers, visually inspect small parts, and read data from computer screen as needed.
  • Near vision must be at least 20/30.

  • 1st Shift from 7am to 3:30 pm. Pay rate $13.50 per hr.
  • 2nd from 4pm to 12:30 am. Pay rate $14.00 per hr.


Rural Hall
