Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and have a passion for coordinating projects in the warehouse industry.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and filing sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation.
• Assigning tasks and work orders to warehouse associates.
• Works with warehouse and production leaders to monitor the status of projects which includes anticipated shipping and receiving schedules, production schedules and requirements and quality verification.
• Uses information systems to update information, prepare reports and document the progress of the project.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently (with minimal supervision) and in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3-5 years’ experience in project management/coordination, production/manufacturing management, business administration or in a related field
