Machine Operator

Summary: To perform all functions associated with the safe and proficient operation of any one of the following equipment: Sheeter, Spreader, Lectra, Side Seal/Pinsonic Machines, NG Machines, Vectra, Filling, Slitting, or Cleanroom Wash Machine.

Essential Duties:

  • Make adjustments to machines to correct variables producing defects or off quality product.
  • Blend alcohol and water to proper percentages and document batch or lot numbers.
  • Input data into various operating systems to control variables and to produce consistent material.
  • Inspect products being manufactured and identify defects.
  • Package end product for boxing and preparing for shipment.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean contamination control state.
 

Qualifications:

  • Must possess strong mechanical aptitude, and prior experience operating, troubleshooting, and performing minor repairs and adjustments to industrial equipment.
  • Must complete and pass defect training.
  • Prior manufacturing experience required.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
 

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am
