On-Site Supervisor is responsible for assisting the On-Site Manager supervising the staffing associates at our client facility, monitoring all aspect of policies and procedures in accordance with the standards of our client.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:00pm-12:00am (Friday and Saturday as needed)

Daily responsibilities include:

• Check-in and assignment of associates
• Issues badges to new associates
• Following up on absences and attendance control
• Provide headcount or other reports at the client’s request
• Daily collection of time sheets, ensuring information is accurate before sending it to the payroll department
• Assisting with accident and incident Investigations including administering First Aid (i.e.: issuing bandages, ice packs when appropriate) completion of the report when needed and interviewing witness
• Deliver superior customer service and develop relationships with supervisors and associates

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and ability to learn other systems as needed.
• Critical thinking skills and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work after hours and or weekends if necessary.
• Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift.
